we got home from living in Darwin in 2000, when I looked in every recipe book I
had and couldn't find it, . It is magic: the sauce starts on the top, and ends
up, after cooking, on the bottom. This recipe is in chart form so you can make
it for as many or few as you like. It is addictive!

| Cocoa | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 3 Tbsp |
| Sugar | 1/4 cup | 1/3 cup | 1/2 cup |
| Milk | 1/4 cup | 1/2 cup | 3/4 cup |
| Melted Butter | 30 grams | 1/4 cup | 1/3 cup |

Combine flour, cocoa and sugar in microwaveable bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Mix until smooth.
Mix brown sugar, cocoa and water and pour over pudding mixture.
Cook on high in microwave. Cover and wait 2-3 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with hard sauce or serve with vanilla ice cream for extra decadence!!!
